Credits, features, and billing.

Is there a free plan?: No. Zorachat is available on Basic and Growth. Both plans include the complete assistant, unlimited team members, and image awareness. The only difference is the included AI credit allocation.
What counts as an AI credit?: Credits measure the AI processing used for replies, knowledge retrieval, and image understanding. One credit covers up to 100 provider tokens for an AI operation. Monthly plans reset each month; yearly plans provide one yearly pool.
How do team members work?: Both Basic and Growth include unlimited team members, so your support and sales teams can monitor conversations and take over chats without buying extra seats.
Which plan includes image awareness?: Both Basic and Growth include image awareness. The assistant can read screenshots, error messages, and product photos customers share on either plan.
What is the difference between the plans?: Credits are the only difference. Basic includes 50,000 credits monthly or 600,000 yearly. Growth includes 150,000 credits monthly or 1,800,000 yearly. Features, image awareness, and team access are the same.
Is yearly billing worth it?: Yearly billing is two months free: Basic is $120/year and Growth is $250/year. You also receive the full yearly credit pool upfront — 600,000 credits on Basic or 1,800,000 on Growth.
